ÓGRA Nourishing Facial Moisturiser

I ran out of my normal moisturiser and I had this ÓGRA Facial Moisturiser that I had been meaning to try.  The box it comes in is in itself gorgeous, black and gold very elegant. When I took out the jar it has a lovely gold lid and a black jar reminiscent  of its origins – Organic Irish Peat! So I’ll be honest when I saw the word ‘Peat’ I wasn’t too hot on the idea but when I opened the jar WOW the scent is utterly amazing…….so I decided to have a little look into the ‘power of peat’ and I was amazed at how this natural element has been used for centuries by people for its healing and preservative properties.  It also contains Coconut oil, Avocado oil and Grape vine extract all of which offer amazing moisture.  This can only be good and I haven’t been disappointed, the moisturiser itself has small specks of black in it which are the peat (ok may be obvious but I did get a bit of a fright!) and the consistency is lovely not too thick.  When I first used it I put dots on my forehead, cheeks, nose and chin, Oh my it was way too much with this product a little goes a looonnnnggg way, I was amazed.  It genuinely feels like pure luxury on my skin absorbs really well not at all greasy.  I am really keen to try the Facial Cleanser, Monoi Tiare Petal Exfoliant and Nourishing Avocado Eye Cream, a few more items for my wish list or should I say my lust list.  So all in all I love this moisturiser the scent alone is a guilty pleasure, it costs €47.95 and you can get it here and best of all its all Irish!

Hope you enjoyed, I would love to hear if you have or do use this moisturiser…..
